He is survived by: his wife Delilah Falk (Gamblin); his sons, Scott Falk of Florida and Derek Falk of North Carolina; his sister Teresa Oldham of Madisonville; his niece Tiffany Cummings; and his nephew Brad Oldham. He is also survived by his wife, children and extended family.
