He is survived by: his wife Janet Sue Brown Shoulders of Hanson; his daughter Whitney Spainhoward (Darren) of Henderson; his stepdaughter Ashley Hackney (Bo) of Dixon, KY; his son Brandon Shoulders (Kim) of Eddyville, KY; his grandchildren, Alex Spainhoward (Ashley), Lauren Chavira (Zach), Madelyn Hackney, Jackson Shoulders, Brady Shoulders and Kate Hackney; his great grandchild Crew Chavira; and his nephew Andy Shoulders (Kathy).
