He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Bowles Duncan and Wayne Duncan; and his daughter Katrina Diane Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lisanby Duncan of Hanson; his son Brian Alan Duncan (Cynthia) of Laramie, WY; his brother Jerry Duncan of Nashville; and his grandsons, Skyler Duncan of Bowling Green, Ezra Duncan of Stone Bluff, NE, Jedediah Duncan of Laramie, WY, Noah Duncan of Laramie, WY, Samuel Mullins of Madisonville and Sawyer Mullins of Madisonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Hanson Cemetery.
