It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Marie-Rose McKinney (Hampton, Kentucky), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Fey and Lillie McNeer. She is survived by: her husband Randy McKinney of Hampton; and her children, Chris McKinney of Houston, TX, Chuck Spencer of Eddyville, Tony McKinney of Chicago, Joey Spencer of Otisco, IN and Mandy Kinley of Crittenden, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
