She is survived by: her husband Denzil Ray Spencer of Hallie, KY; her sons, Denzil Spencer (Regina), John Thomas Spencer (Rosa Couch), Kevin Spencer (Rosemary Couch) and Steven Spencer of Hazard; her sister Charlene Hughes of Hazard; and her great grandchild Preston.
