He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Stamper and Margie Burke Stamper; and his wife Paige Halcomb Stamper. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha of Hallie, KY and Makayla Stamper of Hallie, KY; and his brother Robert of Benham, KY. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
