He is survived by: his parents, Paul Surface and Debbie Fannin Surface of Alexandria, Indiana.; his wife Crystal Kelsey Surface; his daughters, Kayla Alexis of Morehead and Kayleigh Ariel of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchild Kingston Armoni; his brother Jeffrey Fannin of Morehead; his stepfather David Combess of Morehead; his aunt Mollie; his uncles, Junior Sparks of Elliottville and Darrell Fannin of Soldier; his mother-in-law Cheryl Kelsey of Morehead; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Kelsey (Michaela) of Morehead and LeeAnn Butler (Travis) of Olive Hill. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
