He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Eldridge and Lillian Messer Eldridge; and his brothers, Jerry F. Eldridge, Ronald Lee Eldridge and William M. "Billy" Eldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Avanelle White Eldridge; his sons, Roger Alan Eldridge (Karen) of Wilmington, James Douglas Eldridge (Jacqueline) of Dublin and Thomas Earl Eldridge (Karen) of Haldeman, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Stephen Alan Eldridge (Jerica) and Erinn Nicole Eldridge; his great grandchildren, Alastair James Eldridge, Isla Jean Eldridge and Camden Asher Eldridge; and his nephews, Michael Eldridge, Greg Eldridge and Kevin Eldridge.
