He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Gilliam of Inez and Donna Gilliam of Morehead; his fiancée Shana Michelle Lowe of Morehead; and his siblings, Mitchell Blade Blackburn of Inez, Justin Lee Blackburn of Inez, Shaden Cecil Dale Horn of Inez, Jason James Blackburn of Georgetown, Katrena Renea Gilliam of Inez and Mistic Haven Eve Horn of Inez.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Morehead American Legion Post No. 126 (140 American Legion Way, Morehead, KY 40351).
