He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Sue Sizemore Hall; his parents, Leonard Hall and Eunice Wallace Chapman Hall of Virginia; his brother Don E. Hall; and his niece V. Denise Hall Wallen.
He is survived by: his children, Terina Caudill (Christopher) of Hagerhill, KY and Brian Ross Hall (Alina) of Taunton; his grandchildren, Ashley Butler (James Adam), Jenna Galloway (Nick), Judah Ross Hall, Kaiya Hall, Chavah Hall and Talya Hall; his great grandchildren, Adaline Butler, Grayson Galloway and Hannah Galloway; his siblings, Kenneth L. Hall (Susan), Thomas L. Hall (Barbara) and Teresa Arnett (James); his sister-in-law Carolyn Hall; and his friend Jim "Robbie" Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
