She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Johnson and Hazel Frances Himes Johnson; and her siblings, Johnny Himes, Harley, Curtis, Darrell Johnson and Marilyn Drury.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny, Kenneth H. Crutcher, Jr., Jeff Crutcher (Julie), Tina Garcia (Jesus), Becky Crutcher and Jason Bowling (Shannon); her sister Shirley Masters; and her husband Herschel. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
