He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Watts and Zeda Cornett Watts. He is survived by: his wife Reva Hylton Watts; his children, Renee Watts Johnson (Michael) of Paintsville, KY, Darlene Short (Ken) of Hager Hill, KY and Robin Watts (Taylor Fawns) of Portland, MA; his sisters, Miriam Benett of Salyersville, KY, Wanda Younce of Salyersville, KY, Vivian Hoskins of Salyersville, KY, Carolyn Isaac of Salyersville, KY and Patricia King of Litt Carr, KY; and his grandchildren, Sommer McCarty, Ryan Cantrell, Nenna Abrams, Cassandra Mollette and Zachery Johnson. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren & 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
