She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Daniels and Jenerie Gibson Daniels; her son James Douglas "Dougie" Davis; and her siblings, George Frank Perkins, Charles Edward Perkins, Carl Perkins, Floyd Perkins, Jr., Sarah Adkins and Lillian Mae Martindale.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Douglas Davis; her daughter Teresa Anderson (John) of Hager Hill, KY; her brother Jack Perkins of Wabash, IN; her grandchildren, Mark Donovan Blackburn (Patsy), Makayla Lynn Blackburn and Kristen Michelle Gullett; and her great grandchildren, Caiden Blackburn and Cambree Grace Blackburn.
