He was predeceased by: his parents, Plennie Lemaster and Anna Tackett Lemaster; his children, John Richard "Richie" Lemaster, Wallace Eugene "Wally" Lemaster and Kimberly Cole; and his siblings, Johnnie Lemaster, James Everett Lemaster, Wallace Franklin Lemaster, Irene Auxier, Darlene McKenzie, Roberta McCarty and Jeanette Lemaster.
He is survived by: his wife Valeeta Kestner Lemaster; his daughters, Melissa Ann May (Bill) of Hager Hill, KY and Stephanie Vanhoose (Mick) of Paintsville, KY; his sisters, Jessie Grace Cochran of Ohio, Lillian Lemaster of Ohio and Jo Ann Blanton of Paintsville, KY; his grandchildren, Randen Lemaster, Adam May, Tanner May, Cheranda Skaggs, Addison Lemaster, Breonna Collins, Trevor McCarty, Camryn McCarty, Grant Vanhoose, Davis Vanhoose and J. T. Vanhoose; and his great grandchildren, Bodhi May, Timber Collins, Arian Skaggs and Case McCarty.
