She was predeceased by: her parents, Coonie Blair and Fay Rice Blair; her husband Douglas Ward; her brother Robert Guy Blair; and her siblings-in-law, Imogene Blair, Alcus Ward (Herma Lee), Alva Ward (Vernita), Richard Conley and Paul Blair.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Gay Dysert (Bob) of Dunkirk, Melissa Kay Blair (Greg) of Hager Hill, Teressa Fay Combs (Rick) of Dola and Shauna Fern Gilliland (Patrick) of Marysville, Ohio; and her sisters-in-law, Shelby Jean Blair of Dola and Neva Lee Conley of Staffordsville, Kentucky. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
