He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Crawford and Emma Nora Dunn Crawford; and his sister Mary Sue Trusty. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Banks (Edith) of Campton, Kentucky and Billy Reece Crawford of Campton, Kentucky; and also Charles Kash Crawford of Hager Hill, Kentucky.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
