She is survived by: her sons, Ernest Merriweather of Guthrie, KY and Thomas Thornton (Cynthia); her siblings, Henry Douglas Merriweather (Bessie) of Guthrie, KY, Goldie Hayes of Hopkinsville, KY., Lisa Merriweather of Hopkinsville, KY., Martha Merriweather of Hopkinsville, KY. and John Merriweather, Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY.; and her nieces, Felicia Witt and Alisha Moss of Clarksville, TN..
