He is survived by: his children, Harley Hoover of Guthrie, Dakota and Cheyenne Hoover of Colorado; and his sisters, Vicky Robertson of Guthrie, Cindy Hoover of Guthrie, Melody Blake Farmer of Wisconsin, Brenda Lazzelle of Iowa and Sherrie Hoover of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and one aunt.
