She was predeceased by: her father Paul Kay; and her brother Kenneth Kay. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Russell Kay of Indianapolis, Indiana; her children, Derrick Kay (Kim) of Indianapolis, Lamar Warfield of Guthrie and Tamekia Baker of Louisville, Kentucky; and her siblings, Ricky Kay of Radcliff, Gary Kay of Indianapolis, Indiana, Brandon Kay of Indianapolis, Indiana, Byron Kay of Indianapolis, Indiana, Angela Kay Lewis of Guthrie and Caryn Moss of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
