He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert Haynes and Lillie Mae Dowell Haynes; his wife Mary Decker Haynes; his children, Thomas Haynes and Shawneen Jenkins; and his siblings, Rayma Faye Hubbard, Willis Henry Haynes and David Eugene Haynes.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Haynes (Bonnie) and Dean Haynes (Lora); his son-in-law Jonathan Jenkins; his grandchildren, Nicholas Haynes (Caitlin), Amber Dixon (Johnathan), Andrew Haynes, Cova Mae Angel (Hadyn), Alexandra Haynes, William Jenkins and Erin Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Brandon and Loralei Dixon.
