She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Smith (Jeff) of Hardinsburg, KY and Tisha Thomas (James); her father Richard "Junior" Dowell of Guston, KY; her grandchildren, Brooke Adkins (Jeffery) of Hardinsburg, KY and Morgan Smith of Hardinsburg, KY; her great grandchildren, Braeyden Bentel of Hardinsburg, KY and Carson Adkins of Hardinsburg, KY; and her siblings, Dorothy Ray (Elroy) of Flaherty, KY, Mary Ledford of Guston, KY, Betty Prather (Harry) of Garrett, KY and Richie Dowell (Sandy) of Garrett, KY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
