He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Edward and Della Kay Roberts (Chism); his brother Ricky Roberts; his nephew Jody Smith; his parents-in-law, Herb and Verna Biddle; and his siblings-in-law, Gaye Robertson and Mike Biddle.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Roberts; his children, Amanda Pertuis (Derek) and Larry Joe "Ralph" Roberts, II; his granddaughter Maci Renee Pertuis; his brother David Glenn Roberts; his sisters-in-law, Eva Jane Smith (Harold Harris) and Jonell Babb; his aunt Kathy Brandenburg (Tom); and his uncle Luther Powers. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
