He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richard and Dorothy Bivens Kelly; his son Randall Bruce Kelly; and his wife Alberta Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Richard Lee Kelly, Joseph Russell Kelly, Ronda Faye Staub (John) and Rodney Michael Kelly (Jennifer); his stepchildren, C. L., Teresa and Todd; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Conway, Bruce Franklin Kelly and Paul Snider. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
