She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Norton and Cora Mae McCubbins Norton; her husband James Meador; and her brothers, Gilbert and Harold Norton.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Meador (Betty) of Guston and Judy Morrison of Guston; her sisters, Nancy Mays of Webster and Anna Lou Lawson (Joe) of Brandenburg; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Meador and Angela Hacker; and her great grandchild Ashley Brown.
