He is survived by: his mother Fern Quiggins Lucas of Custer, KY; his daughters, Christy Lucas of Bowling Green, KY, Joy Lucas of Bowling Green, KY and Teddi Lucas of Russellville, KY; and his brothers, Kenny Lucas and Donnie Lucas (Carolyn) of Custer, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
