He is survived by: his children, Frankie Blevins, Jr. (Tammy), Kerry Blevins (Angie), Scotty Blevins (Jackie) and Shannon Oelze (Derrick); his grandchildren, Toby, Cheyenne, Bridget, Cortney, Dylan (Courtney), Matthew, Clay, Cody, Hailey, Landon, Waylon, Nolan and Norah; his great grandchildren, Clinton, Cohen and Maxton; his siblings, Gail Wood (Joe), Kimberly Dowell, Barbara Fuqua, Lane Blevins (Gwen) and Mike Blevins (Mary); and his uncles, Terry Reesor and Bobby Blevins (Freba). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
