He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Raley and Anna Lillian Kerrick Raley; his daughter Shelley Merideth; his daughter-in-law Queen Ann Raley; and his siblings, Louise Milam (Sherman), Ora Morris (Shorty), Stella Lamb (Charlie), Margaret Raley, Shirley Collins (J. T.), Joe Raley (Aliene), Robert Raley (Lucille), Alfred Raley (Virgina), George Raley (Jane), Verlin Raley (Martha), Jimmy Raley (Phyllis) and Charlie Raley (Barbara).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Miles Raley; his children, Tina Basham (Bruce) of Irvington, KY, Dennis E. Raley Jr. of Guston and Cindy Hembrey (J.) of Guston; his sister Audrey Goins (Lynn) of Guston; his grandchildren, Kira Duggins (Chris) of Cynthia Johnson, T. J, Ryan Basham, Jessica Basham and Sam Basham; and his great grandchildren, Calvin Duggins, Abigail Hopkins and Bella Hopkins.
