David Lotz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lotz of Guston, Kentucky, born in Kenton, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annette Lotz (Daniels) and Dale Lotz; his wife Mary Lou Thieneman; his children, Tracy Lotz and Mike Lotz; his grandson Milo Browne; his sister Marcia Clark; his nieces, Monica Clark (Antonio Gagliano) and Lindsey McKinley; his former wife Kathy Jo McKinley-Lotz; and his brother-in-law Robert McKinley.
Masks will be required and Covid-19 protocols should be followed at all services.
