He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mattingly; his children, JoNell Jones (Calvin), Johnny Mattingly (Charlotte) and Charles Mattingly (Ronna); his siblings, Barbara Williams (Tommy), Darlene Evans (Lynn) and Bill Mattingly; and his grandchildren, Jason Jones (Janette), Jessie Fleenor (David), Jonna Townsend (Jeremy), Levi Mattingly (Danielle), Tabitha Taylor (Nathan), Charles Mattingly (Katelyn), Marty Mattingly and John Mattingly. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
