He was predeceased by: his father Gary Nelson; his brother Keith Fowler; his grandmother Jennie Flack; his uncle Bobby Flack; and his stepfather Bill Price.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Price (Osborne); his fiancée Renee Flack; his children, Brittany Fowler (Wyatt Ritchey), Desiree Fowler, Bruce Fowler II (Autumn Hardin), Mathew Fowler and Brandon Flack; his stepmother Carolyn Nelson; his siblings, Rocky Bowman (Sallie), Debbie Clark (Ted), Sissy Pike (Charles), Brandy Luckenbill (William) and Chris Bowman; and his grandchildren, Lillian Ritchey, Serenity Fowler, Braylon Johnson and Brasi Johnson. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Friends, and his 4 beloved dogs.
