He is survived by: his wife Deb Meadows; his children, Alisha Brock (Cheyenne) of Coldiron, Calep Meadows (Jamie) of Coldiron, Amanda Meadows of Coldiron, Dawson Meadows of Barbourville, Kylee Brown of Gulston, Douglas Pace of Gulston and Snapper Pace of Gulston; his stepchildren, Donna Foley of Gulston, Jerry Foley of Gulston and Cheyenne Alred of Dayhoit; his siblings, Rosa Laws of Kileen, TX, Margaret Stepp, Virgie Meadows of Pineville and Mark Meadows (Regina) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Caley Meadows, Rachel Bush, Sydney Cupp, Brantley Saylor, Natalie Brock and Brooks Muncy; and his close friends, Irvin Brock and Earl Brock. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
