He is survived by: his spouse Willavene Martin Tackett; his children, Randy Tackett of Pikeville, Jennifer Schultz of Lawrenceburg and Tammy Glenny of White House, TN; his grandchildren, Shane Mulkey, Preston Tackett, Courtney Sean and Stephanie Sean; and his great grandchild Kyler Mulkey.
