She is survived by: her sons, Billy Joe Spears of Grethel, Kentucky and Bobby Joe Spears of Grethel, Kentucky; her granddaughter April Conway; her great grandchildren, Serenity Marie Conway and Danielle Nicole Conway of Kansas; her siblings, Archie B. Tackett of Michigan, Gary Tackett of Toler Creek, Terry Tackett of Toler Creek, Jerry Tackett of Grethel, Darlene Tackett of Toler Creek, Patty Miller of Pikeville and Bonnie Allen of Toler Creek, Kentucky; and her nephew Friends.
