She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ray "Bunker" Tackett; her parents, Farris Burton and Nellie Henson Burton; her son Donnie Tackett; her grandson Joseph Ratliff; and her siblings, Freeman, Freelan Burton, Alfreda Henson, Beatrice Mitchell, Beattris Steffey and Loretta Henson.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Ratliff (Tony) of Harold, KY and Johnny Tackett (Lula) of Stanville, KY; her daughter-in-law Lisa Tackett of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Benjamin Tackett (Kaitlyn), Rebecca Horn (Wes) and Cory Tackett; and her great grandchild Carter Tackett.
