She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Newsome Jr.; her daughters, Lisa Newsome Akers of Teaberry, KY and Michelle Newsome of Teaberry, KY; her sisters, Connie Hamilton of Grethel, KY, Glenda Hall of Wellington, KY and Wanda Hughes of Martin, KY; and her grandchildren, Carly Akers, Cassidy Akers, Seth Alan Newsome and Joshua Aaron Newsome.
