She was predeceased by: her spouse Fairley Jones; her parents, Charlie Mitchell and Phylsitene Newsome Mitchell; and her sister Dorothy Adkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Ronald Lee Mitchell (Joetta) of Warsaw, IN, Paul Mitchell (Sandy) of Pikeville, KY, Anna Howell (Larry) of Grethel, KY, Bonnie Hall (Astor) of Grethel, KY, June Williams (Mike) of Teaberry, KY, Anita Martinez of Warsaw, IN, Nadine Mitchell (Doug Orsborn) of Tram, KY and Amanda Bell (Kermit JR.) of McDowell, KY; and her brother-in-law Randy Adkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews other family and friends.
