He is survived by: his wife Ruby Evans Tackett; his children, Tammy Smith of Logan, Tracy Tackett (Susan) of Martha, Dianne Harris (Eddie) of Pikeville and Chris Tackett (Laura) of Pikeville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Aaron Smith (Wynter), Adrian Smith (Megan), Alex Smith (Miranda), Brice Harris, Stone Harris (Hannah), Tyler Tackett, Hannah Tackett (Dewayne) and Molly Tackett; and his siblings, Levi Tackett (Inas) of Grethel and Lorene Jones of Jackson, Ohio.. He is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.
