She is survived by: her children, James Howell (Susie) of Fairborn, Darryl Howell (Connie) of Grethel, Darcy Howell (Joyce) of Grethel, Kentucky, Annetta Hamilton (Johnny) of Grethel, Kentucky, Patricia Newsome (Teddy) of Grethel, Kentucky and Joyce Newsome (Eddie) of Grethel, Kentucky; her siblings, Foster Akers of Dayton, Ohio, Inas Tackett of Grethel and Anna Lou Hamilton of Teaberry, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Steven, Stacy, Lelia, Johnny Jr., Joey, Melinda, Amanda, Ashley, Sha, Cody, Michelle, Dewayne and Devan. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren & Great Great Grandchildren.
