She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Douglas Tackett; her parents, Jesse Thacker and Fayida Casebolt Thacker Ray; and her son Larry Craig Tackett. She is survived by: her son Shawn Douglas Tackett (Darema) of Grethel, KY; her half-sister Cuba Varney of Morehead, KY; and her grandchildren, Isabella Paige Tackett and Eli Craig Tackett.
