He was predeceased by: his parents, Freel Tackett and Rutha Frasure Tackett; and his sisters, Elma McKinney and Dora Lou Roberts. He is survived by: his daughters, Christa Campbell (George) of Pikeville, KY and Donna Gully of Galesburg, IL; his girlfriend Jenna Boyd; his grandchildren, Justin Campbell, Katie Campbell, Tyler Branson, Tara Branson and Landon Gully; and his great grandchildren, Ayslin, Sutton, Grayson, Lucille and Molly.
