Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
