Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
