He was predeceased by: his father Jay Howell; and his siblings, Carl Howell (Katrina), Carmel Howell (Jeanette) and Phynetta Hall. He is survived by: his children, Arnold Joshua Howell of Grethel, Aaron Seth Howell of Grethel, Kentucky and Hillary Ann Howell of Grethel, Kentucky; and his sister Inas Sue Hall (Doyle).
