She is survived by: her daughters, Freda Henry, Ann Holzworth (Dave) and Gayla Wester (Glen Mallory); and her grandchildren, Greg Henry (Lisa), Beth Pate (Bob), Jeff Grundy (Shannon), Jayme Grundy (Dawn), Amber Mackey (Michael) and Scarlett Henderson (Jarrod). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
