He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobie H. Jones and Lela P. Middleton Jones; and his siblings, Mildred Jones, Annie Mae Jones, Anna Lee Hall, Bervie Jones, T. B. Jones, J. L. Jones and Tommy H. Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Hope; his son Woodie A. Jones (Kim); his grandsons, Brian A Jones and Aaron S. Jones (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Ashlynn K. Jones and Dawson R. Jones; his sister Patsy J. Dunn; his siblings-in-law, Donnie Cook, Joyce Cook and Marilyn Jones; and his pet Blackie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
Expressions of sympathy should be made to the donor's charity of choice, in honor of Woodie.
