He is survived by: his wife Jean Boggess Kemp; his children, Susan Kemp, Cheryl Romanak and Tom Kemp (Cheryl); and his daughter-in-law Marsha Kemp. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
