He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Mae Keeling Spaulding and Calvin Earl Shelton; his son Ronnie Chadwick of Kentucky; and his siblings, Danny Shelton, Jimmy Shelton and Sheila Shelton.
He is survived by: his son Chris Chadwick (Lauren) of New Albany, IN; and his siblings, David Shelton of Louisville, KY and Cathy Williams of Louisville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
