He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Rager and Dorene Sheets; and his sister Carol Giger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Vincent Rager; his children, Linda Fox (Mike), Vicki Arvin (David), Joe Griffin (Jamey), Dr. Michael Wayne Rager (David Johnson), Chelsea Arvin and Shannon Rager Miller (John); and his brothers, Tommy Rager (Phyllis) and Jack Rager. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
