He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Winford Milam Mayes; his daughter Tamatha Lee Hall (Tammy); his parents-in-law, Lee and Karlene McIntosh; his brother-in-law Roy Marquess; his wife Carolyn Lee Mayes (McIntosh); his son Greg Mayes; his daughter-in-law Teressa Mayes of Greenville; his son Joey Mayes; his daughter-in-law Bobbi Mayes of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Joshua Mayes (Joanna) of Nortonville, Terahyn Greer (Tommy) of Upton, Drew, Clark Hall of Greenville and Laurel Mayes of Glasgow; his great grandchildren, Jaelyn and Jasmine Mayes of Nortonville; his mother Nadine Noffsinger (Mayes) of Greenville; his brothers, Carl Mayes (Judy) of Madisonville and Wendell Mayes (Janet) of Kansas; and his sister-in-law Tillie Marquess of Cadiz. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
