She was predeceased by: her mother Leetha Lineback; her stepfather Jim Lineback; her father Restless Hasty; her significant other Larry Casey; her son Sammy Loy III; and her sons-in-law, Alfie Smith and Larry W. Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Davis, Sheri Clark (Jeff) and Lisa Ann Smith; her grandchildren, Ryan Clark (Crystal), Jeremiah Loy, Will Williams, Alice Loy, Kenda Williams and Ashley Loy; her sister Helen Maxson; her nephew Jeff Stafford; her niece Colleen Mixon; her close friend Gale Fulkerson; and also Tammy Outlaw. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, great nieces and great nephew.
In memory of her beloved dogs, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Muhlenberg County Humane Society, P.O. Box 164, Greenville, KY 42345-envelopes available at the funeral home.
